  • The Office Fitness Challenge: our nutritionist takes a health snapshot of each employee present, and posts the scores on our leader board with all the companies we visit!

Our children’s future begins now, when they learn how to eat, play and live. We provide helpful info for them to make the best decisions that last a lifetime!
We offer a chance to open up the eyes of students, in a safe learning environment, about what they eat and what it does to the body right now and in the future.

  • A fun and challenging lesson on general nutrition and how different foods are processed in the body, all made interactive with games and competitions!
  • Health Snapshot (12+ only):  each student in the session gets their body composition measured and explained

The Mind Behind The Muscle

A series of 6 sessions targeted at connecting the choices made by your mind, to the foods you pick to your lifestyle, to the movement you do that allows you to thrive and attain your goals

Includes
  • 6 sessions with guidance through connecting mental wellbeing with physical wellbeing
  • 6 training sessions with a partnered fitness expert to master your muscles
  • Health Snapshot (for 12+ only):  each attendee gets their body composition measured and explained each session
They have been really helpful for all the Bootcamp participants where they were given nutrition advice by the expert Karishma. Since nutrition is a very important part of the Bootcamp program, Karishma did an amazing job by helping and guiding the participants with what their diet should and should not consist of, as part of nutrition talks for 5 Bootcamp batches. Most of them followed her suggestions and got positive results.
